This role is ideal for a passionate culinary leader with deep expertise in authentic Mediterranean cooking and experience guiding high-performing kitchen teams.

Chef de Cuisine - Mediterranean   Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Lead menu development rooted in authentic Levantine culinary traditions
  • Oversee culinary standards and execution across multiple restaurant concepts
  • Mentor and develop Executive Chefs and kitchen leadership teams
  • Create seasonal menus featuring mezze, grilled meats, flatbreads, and vegetable-forward dishes
  • Maintain consistency in flavor profiles, presentation, and food quality
  • Partner with ownership on culinary strategy, innovation, and concept development
