Director of Retention & Growth (Remote)
Alpha Lion
Alpha Lion is seeking a Director of Retention who will own our end-to-end retention engine and drive higher CLV. This hands-on role requires deep customer understanding, data-driven execution, and cross-functional leadership to scale subscription and loyalty experiences.
You’ll own the retention calendar, subscription economics, and a world-class CRM stack, building a team with clear goals and cadences to outperform targets and fuel growth.
