Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes, with a focus on emotional support, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities

Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks to promote independence and well-being

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring continuity of care and open communication

Monitor and report changes in client condition, providing timely updates to team members and healthcare professionals

Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills in caregiving practices
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in the field of caregiving or healthcare a plus
