Payroll Administrator I (OKC/FT) Safety Sensitive - Driving

Overview Pay: $20 - $25/hour. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities Compile and input payroll data for all employees in each assigned company, all done in Excel. Confirm with managers that all hours are correct for all employees. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal wage and hour laws. Solve payroll-related problems and answer employee questions. File payroll records. Assist with entry of local vacation and sick requests, verify balances, and work with managers and employees to answer questions related to accrual processes. Investigate employee complaints concerning discrepancies in checks or direct deposit. Compile and prepare payroll reports. Prepare monthly compensation sheets for senior level managers by referencing financial statements and other internal reporting. Assist with setup and maintenance of garnishments; monitor garnishment balances and timing, including multiple garnishments per employee. Process manual checks as needed. Assist in employment eligibility verification for all employees. Scheduled and ad hoc reporting, including monthly turnover, time card audits, reports to upper management, sick day tracking, benefit uploads, cashier till tracking, full-time/part-time tracking and auditing, evaluation tracking, and policy tracking. Complete special projects as assigned and assist with events as needed, which may require travel around the OKC metro area. Back up other human resources staff as needed.
