Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Utica, NY 13502
Shift: 4x10s – Variable shifts

Pay:

Travel: $91.25/hr II $3650 weekly gross

Local: $80/hr II $3200 weekly gross

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Active New York (NY) RN License
• BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• EPIC experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiac procedures including PTCA, diagnostic cath, and structural heart interventions
• Provide 1:1 patient care and monitor hemodynamic status
• Administer and manage drips (e.g., nitro, dopamine, levophed, cardizem)
• Support emergent cases such as STEMI/CODE MI
• Operate and document using EPIC and XPER systems
• Assist with femoral/radial access, balloon pumps, Impella, IVUS, atherectomy, and closure devices
• Float as needed to Electrophysiology Lab or recovery units

Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
Common Diagnoses: Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Heart Failure
