Work Environment

This position is based onsite in the patients' homes, allowing for a personalized approach to care that cannot be replicated in a traditional clinic setting. You will engage with a range of patients and their families, providing essential physical therapy services in various environments. The role involves working a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week, with variability for occasional weekends as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs.
