Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, taking into account comprehensive medical histories and performing specific assessments to determine treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings to patients and their families, involving them in goal setting to enhance adherence to therapeutic plans.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation outcomes, adapting to patients' progress and the evolving landscape of healthcare practices.
• Maintain a collaborative approach by consulting with other healthcare providers as necessary, recognizing shifts in patient conditions that necessitate adjustments in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
