Work Environment

This role is based in an outpatient office located in the vibrant city of Orlando, Florida. Our facility is designed to provide a supportive environment tailored for patient-centered care. As a member of our clinical team, you will work alongside like-minded professionals in a dynamic, full-time capacity, primarily during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical functions and determining appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapy programs that may include a variety of techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor patient progress continually, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the therapeutic process, self-care strategies, and prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to integrate research-based practices for comprehensive patient care.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive rapport with patients and contributing positively to the clinic's atmosphere.
• Meet care goals and documentation standards set forth by the clinic and regulatory bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a physical therapist in Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with patients.

Compensation and Benefits
