Balance Platform, LLC ( is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm and Third Party Administrator (TPA) that is focused on assisting contractors and businesses to offload the management of their construction job file administration work. This includes both the estimates and supplements work processes as well as other associated ancillary functions. We partner with most of the leading technology platforms and vendors in the contractor services space to deliver thorough, compliant, and timely construction job file management. This allows our clients to focus on selling, building, and billing. Acting as a direct extension of our clients, we work within their platforms and processes to provide seamless and timely delivery with a focus on customer service and business process.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and client onboarding functions. This role handles inbound lead qualification and appointment setting for the sales team or Account Executives to close, manages main line inbound calls, and assists with client setup once a deal closes. It's an admin-and-support seat on the sales side, not a closing role, built for someone who wants to learn the business from the inside and grow into a direct sales position over time.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead Qualification: Field inbound leads, ask the right screening questions, and determine fit and readiness before handing off.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate qualified calls and meetings for the sales team or Account Executives to close.
• Inbound Call Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for main line inbound calls, routing and resolving as appropriate.
• Client Onboarding & Implementation: Assist with onboarding tasks and initial account setup once a lead converts to a client, including implementation support when requested.
• Revenue Enablement Support: Support the revenue enablement team as necessary.
• Metrics & KPIs: Maintain target metrics around call volume, meetings set, and lead quality passed to sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple inbound touchpoints at once.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
• No prior sales experience required, but an interest in growing into outbound sales, account management, estimating, or supplementing is a plus.
