Your responsibilities will include organizing all community events, coordinating instructor scheduling, collecting monthly fees, and supervising staff to ensure policies and regulations are followed.What we can offer you:Opportunities for career growthTotal rewards benefits packageFamily health insurance, 401(k) match, Vacation, Personal Days, and Sick timeCustomized training programsAssociate referral bonus planDiverse, equitable, and inclusive work environmentA culture that empowers you to make a differenceWhat you’ll do to make a difference:Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the communityMaintain master schedule for all club-house eventsCreate and distribute the community newsletterMonitor facility usage and ensure the facility is properly opened and closed according to scheduleSupervise staff to ensure that fees are properly collected and records are adequately maintainedOversee proper administration of vendor rental contracts (i.e. paddle boats, tanning beds)Supervise and assist with setup and/or movement of equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability for special events, etc.Inspect swimming pool, deck, hot tub, mechanical equipment, etc. to ensure safe operations and a clean conditionAssist maintenance staff in maintaining swimming pool and hot tub equipment by following all safety/OSHA requirements and performing minor repairsEnsure safety precautions are followed and identify possible safety hazards in pool areaRegular attendance and punctualityWhat you bring to our team:BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combinationExperience of 2+ years of customer service and 2+ years of multi-family leasingExperience in recreation, community, or health club employment is a plusCPO, Lifeguard/water safety, or CPR certification/training may be requiredAbility to handle pool chemicalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong marketing skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite preferredDemonstration of Bell Core Values and a professional imageSuperior interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a teamExceptional customer service and organizationPhysical requirements of the job:Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materialsMust be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects#LI-JR1Compensation RangeHourly: $22.00 - $26.00Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.About Bell PartnersOur purpose at Bell Partners is to create communities our residents are proud to call home.
