We seek a surgeon proficient in a wide range of general orthopedic procedures, including fracture management, sports-related injuries, joint disorders, arthroscopy, and elective surgeries. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• ABOS Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
• Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
• Comprehensive clinical and surgical expertise in general orthopedics
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Open to both recent graduates and seasoned surgeons

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
• Transition to a straightforward production model in the third year
• Potential to earn over $1 million annually
• $100,000 recruitment bonus
