Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,320–$2,431 per week Guaranteed hours: None Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10-hour days Start date: 06/21/2026 Work setting: Hospital OR environment in Kansas City, KS Responsibilities Provide intraoperative nursing care in the OR as a scrub and circulating RN Assist with a range of cases including DaVinci robot-assisted procedures, large head and neck, neuro spine, and ex lap surgeries Maintain strict sterile technique, patient safety, and procedural accuracy during operative events Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to ensure efficient workflow Document intraoperative care, specimen handling, and patient status per policy Support readiness and turnover between cases, including equipment and room setup Requirements Licensure: Kansas RN license Certifications: AHA BLS Experience: 2+ years of OR experience with level 1 trauma experience required Skills: Strong scrub experience; familiarity with DaVinci robot cases; exposure to head/neck, neuro spine, and ex lap cases Floating: Will float to all ORs as needed Schedule: On-call required, up to 6 shifts per 13-week contract Weekend: Set schedule (no weekend requirement beyond set shifts) Orientation: New employee orientation Monday–Tuesday; nursing orientation Wednesday–Friday (summer schedule) Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Fast credentialing Bi-weekly pay Pay Disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
