We're hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) to join a high-performing Surgical Services team in Kansas City, KS . This role is ideal for an experienced perioperative nurse who thrives in a fast-paced operating room environment and is committed to delivering exceptional surgical patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct care in the Operating Room (OR) as a circulating and/or scrub nurse
• Prepare patients, instruments, and equipment for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to AORN standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs during procedures
• Monitor patient status and ensure safety throughout the perioperative process
• Complete accurate EMR documentation and support post-op transitions

What We're Looking For:

• Active Kansas RN license (or compact)
• 1+ year of OR / perioperative nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and patient safety
• BLS required; ACLS preferred; CNOR a plus
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical setting
