The purpose of this role is to oversee all supply chain activities relating to new vehicle programs and launches. You Will:Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launchesDevelop and track KPIs relating to sourcing, vendor tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launchManage part availability for all prototype build phasesEnsure new vehicle programs are on time, on budget, and meet quality requirementsSupport project initiatives across all Supply Chain functions providing analysis, coordination, and implementation; Lead formal reporting and recommendationsWork cross-functionally with engineering, central PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics teamsLead escalations with leadership when problems arise and develop mitigation plans to resolveYou Bring:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline required; Master's or advanced degree preferred5 years of experience in related field requiredOpen-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projectsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hands-on executionStrong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices, and deliver optimal resultsStrong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilitiesProficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, SmartsheetsAbility to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectivelyAt Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it! Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
