IIC Therapist LPC & LCSW - Supervision Offered

IIC Therapist LPC & LCSW (Spanish Speaking) Location: Union County, NJ – Linden, Elizabeth, Plainfield Providing clinical supervision for licensed LSW and LACs. Progressive Option Support Services is a multi‑specialty group of therapists dedicated to providing a wide variety of therapeutic and behavioral services to adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges. We strive to provide the best services with the highest regard to quality, safety, and satisfaction. We provide behavioral support services and counseling throughout New Jersey. We are currently seeking licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual—Spanish speaking highly preferred but not required) to provide a variety of therapeutic services to children and adults. Our dynamic team values collaboration and utilizes teamwork to create a supportive and positive work environment. Background check and motor vehicle driver's abstract required. Responsibilities & Duties Provide in‑home/community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents who have emotional and/or behavioral needs. Provide services based on an individualized treatment plan to stabilize and prevent higher level of care. Implement behavioral interventions and behavioral management. Ensure complete and timely documentation of all activities. Use short‑term evidence‑based practices to provide counseling to children/adolescents in accordance with their needs. Participate in child family team meetings as necessary. Schedule monthly supervision and meet with supervisor to discuss current and upcoming family visits. Respond to text or emails in a timely manner. Collaborate weekly with case managers regarding the status of family/youth progress. Qualifications & Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Master’s degree or higher required. Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual—Spanish speaking a plus). Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willing to travel. Dependable, creative, and enjoys helping others. Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem‑solving skills. Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Creole, Sign Language, etc.). Must consent to a criminal background check. Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability Education Master’s degree (required). License/Certification PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LAC, LSW in the state of NJ (required). Driver’s license (required). Pay $85.00 - $95.00 per hour. Benefits Flexible schedule. Referral program.
