Responsibilities Manage public‑service consulting engagements that deliver programmatic, operational, and organizational design, transformation, and service‑delivery improvements. Design and implement business changes for industry‑specific, functional, and digital operating‑model transformations, focusing on people and process. Lead large‑scale delivery with minimal supervision, ensuring timely completion of workstreams and client satisfaction. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of high‑value consulting experience. A minimum of 10 years of public‑service experience. Public‑service industry expert/thought leader with at least 7 years of transformation delivery and client development experience. Additional Preferences Bachelor’s degree. Experience bringing innovative ideas to projects. At least 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines. Experience with public speaking, publications, or trade‑journal coverage.
