Senior Manager, IT Quality and Compliance

Fortrea seeks a Senior Manager, IT Quality and Compliance to lead execution of IT global controls, audit management, and compliance initiatives. Based in Durham, North Carolina, the role bridges IT and external stakeholders while overseeing team development and regulatory alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead audits involving IT and business partners for client, regulatory, and QA assessments
- Coordinate contract reviews, client questionnaires, and compliance initiatives impacting IT
- Manage and execute IT Quality program components globally
- Monitor audit quality events and corrective actions to ensure timely closure
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports
Requirements
- 8 years audit/compliance experience, with 5+ years in IT and/or Data Management
- Strong knowledge of audit processes including preparation, performance, reporting, and closure
- Experience in heavily regulated environments such as pharmaceutical (GxP) or financial (SOX) sectors
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and drug development regulatory requirements in USA, EU, and APAC
- Familiarity with validation methodologies (SDLC) and IT implementation
- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented, collaborative environments
