Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing - Specialty Testing

Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager for Solutions Marketing within the Specialty Testing division to develop marketing strategy, positioning, and sales enablement for a diagnostics portfolio spanning neurology, autoimmune, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. The role combines portfolio strategy, thought leadership, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own marketing strategy for assigned specialty testing diagnostics portfolio with focus on five therapeutic areas
• Create differentiated positioning, value propositions, thought leadership content, and sales enablement strategies
• Analyze competitive intelligence, scientific trends, and customer insights to optimize portfolio strategy and messaging
• Partner with Product Management, Medical, Sales, and Customer Marketing teams to develop portfolio-level campaigns and narratives
• Own performance KPIs and dashboards; present portfolio insights and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in product management or portfolio marketing strategy, or Master's degree with 3+ years
• 3+ years experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors
• 3+ years experience in sales enablement or commercial excellence
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for content development, market intelligence synthesis, and workflow acceleration
• Experience configuring AI agents and setting guardrails for recurring marketing workflows
• Strong ability to translate technical/scientific content into clear messaging for diverse audiences
