*Role is onsite 5-days a week in Norcross, Ga 8-5PM*
Job Description
• Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical and service-related issues
• Document all interactions in CRM/ticketing systems, Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency across all workflows
Required Skills & Experience
• At least 2–3 years of call center or customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly
• Experience with CRM / ticketing tools
• Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
• Comfortable working onsite daily in Norcross
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to Linux, SQL, ServiceNow, Five9, or similar tools
• Candidates transitioning into IT or more technical roles
• Backgrounds such as Chick-fil-A (CFA), NAPA, or customer-focused leadership roles
12-month contract with extensions possible
Can pay 19-21/hr based on years of experience
