Crisis Care Navigator & Cross-System Liaison

The role emphasizes CQI, program fidelity, and Implementation Science in daily operations. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related fields, with two years of cross-system experience in child welfare or mental health.
