Korean-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote in California
Pay rate: starting at $22.65/hr
What You Bring to the Role
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Bilingual in English and Korean
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer’s needs
Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications
A distraction free, designated home workspace
A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
