**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Experience Required:** 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing, HARD STOP (no first-time travelers) - **Travel Experience:** Required (must be a seasoned traveler) - **Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN Intermediate (required) - AWHONN Advanced (preferred) - **Skills:** - Medication & Administration - Antihypertensives - Insulin drips - Magnesium Sulfate therapy - Labor and Delivery Management - Assist with high-risk delivery - Assist with vaginal delivery - Circulate for C-section - Perform sterile vaginal exams - Special Procedures/Unit Experience - Cesarean section - D & C - Cervical Cerclage - Vaginal deliveries - Version - **Work Settings:** - High Risk Antepartum - Labor & Delivery - **Patient Ratios:** - Days: 1:1 or 2 - Nights: 1:1 or 2 - Weekends: 1:1 or 2 - **Patient Care Details:** - Age Groups: Neonates, Adults - Diagnoses: labor, preterm labor, hypertension, multiples, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, fetal anomalies, IUFD, pyleo, diabetes - **Orientation Hours:** 72 - **Additional Requirements:** - Must be able to circulate - Must be able to perform sterile vaginal exams - Experience in large hospital settings highly preferred - Weekend shifts may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs - All RTO at time of submittal - Local radius: 50 miles **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
