Inside Sales Representative (Inbound Call Center Sales)
\nMemphis, TN | In-office
\n \nBig League Movers is hiring a disciplined, driven inside sales producer for our Memphis office.
\n \nThis is a full-time, in-office inbound call center sales role. You will handle incoming warm
\nHigh intent leads, work the phones, follow up with urgency, and turn opportunities into booked moves. This is a sales and closing seat, not customer service and not outside sales.
\n \nWe are looking for someone who:
\n- has self-discipline
\n- shows up on time
\n- is confident on the phone
\n- likes being measured
\n- follows up hard
\n- wants to earn based on production
\n \nThink point guard in a fast-break offense. The ball is in your hands, pace matters, and every possession counts.
\n \nWhat you’ll do
\n- respond quickly to inbound leads
\n- talk with customers by phone and build quotes
\n- follow up consistently until the job is booked or clearly passed
\n- keep customer notes and pipeline activity clean
\n- stay organized and keep opportunities moving
\n- help turn incoming demand into booked revenue
\n \nCompensation
\n- $50,000 draw
\n- aggressive % performance bonus
\n- $100K+ opportunity for the right producer expected
\n \nBenefits
