Spa Manager A luxury spa is coming to Oakbrook, IL, and is seeking a talented Spa Manager to lead the team. Spa Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunity to lead a brand-new luxury spa location Supportive, collaborative leadership and ownership Professional development, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities Spa Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in a spa, hospitality, or wellness setting Proven track record in employee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and day-to-day team management Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction Ability to handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment Spa Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience opening new spa or hospitality locations Familiarity with massage, esthetics, and body wellness services Proficiency using scheduling, POS, or inventory management software Spa Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee and monitor all aspects of daily spa operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and standards Lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 20 staff members to deliver an exceptional guest experience Conduct staff scheduling, handle employee callouts, and assist with hiring and onboarding Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent Serve as the primary guest-facing leader, addressing feedback and concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels Support inventory management, facility care, compliance, and property presentation Collaborate with the Spa Director on departmental goals and talent development Join a visionary team and play a pivotal role in launching this stunning new luxury spa.
