We are working with a skilled nursing facility near La Plata, MD to provide the best care possible! Immediate hire and guaranteed LPN shifts! Up to $45/hr DOE! LPN responsibilities (including but not limited to): Handling new resident admissions, Evaluate the residents wellbeing, reporting any needs/issues to medical staff, Monitoring residents vitals and properly documenting, Updating resident records adhering to HIPAA standards, Explaining treatments and procedures to residents and families, Changing dressings and bandages, ensuring proper hygiene and healing, Maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing, Assisting with basic medical tasks, such as administering medications, Adhering to all rules and regulations relating to COVID-19 and other communicable illnesses Requirements Must hold an active Maryland or Compact LPN license, Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, Ability to pass a background check (no charge), Recent negative 2-step PPD, TB test or chest X-ray (if had positive result), MMR, Varicella, and Hep B titers, Personal professional references Benefits Competitive LPN rates and bonus opportunities, WEEKLY pay with direct deposit (daily pay coming soon), Easy and fast onboarding process, Great company culture, Immediate LPN shifts with flexible scheduling/p/div
