Investment Risk Manager, Private Credit - Investment Firm in NYC

Investment Risk Manager - Private Credit We are partnering with a well-established global asset manager seeking a Risk Manager to join its investment risk team. This role is focused on providing independent oversight of private asset investment strategies, with an emphasis on private credit, direct lending, and CLO/structured credit portfolios. This is an opportunity to work closely with investment professionals while helping assess and monitor portfolio risk across a sophisticated private markets platform. Responsibilities: Monitor risk exposures across private credit and structured credit portfolios Perform portfolio risk assessments, including market, credit, liquidity, concentration, and structural risk Develop and maintain risk dashboards and analytical reporting tools Analyze portfolio- and position-level risk drivers and communicate findings to key stakeholders Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate portfolio performance under changing market conditions Support ongoing enhancements to risk reporting, methodologies, and data quality Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in investment risk management, portfolio analytics, or a related risk function Experience with private credit, direct lending, CLOs, or other structured credit products Strong understanding of portfolio construction and investment risk concepts Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python (or similar tools) Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite in the NYC office Compensation: $150K-200K base salary dependent on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
