We're looking for a dependable, hardworking part-time Line Cook to join our fast-paced luncheon restaurant. If you enjoy working in the kitchen, take pride in preparing fresh food, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

Position Summary

As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and helping ensure every meal is served fresh and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients including vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
• Assist with assembling menu items during lunch service.
• Stock and organize food items and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Rotate inventory and properly label and store food.
• Follow all food safety and health department regulations.
• Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties as needed.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
