The Store Manager oversees daily store operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, efficient staff management, and effective inventory control. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and leading a team to achieve business goals. The Store Manager plays a key role in optimizing store profitability while upholding company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory control to ensure proper stock levels and prevent shrinkage
- Drive sales initiatives and monitor sales performance
- Handle budgeting and financial planning to meet store targets
- Coordinate staff scheduling and shift management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Develop merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation
- Prepare and submit regular store performance reports
- Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard assets
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail management
- Strong knowledge of retail management, inventory control, and sales analysis
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting practices
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
