Key responsibilities Contribute to managing our Nordic high yield portfolios Perform bottom-up fundamental analysis, including assessing capital structures, covenants, and recovery scenarios. Play a key role in restructuring processes, engaging and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders. Generate and execute investment ideas, supported by fundamental and quantitative analysis. Improve the team’s analytical infrastructure and help develop quantitative models for value, risk, and portfolio construction. Participate in sales processes by doing client meetings, seminars and presentations in the Nordics and abroad. Required qualifications Master’s degree in finance, mathematics or economics. 2–10years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the Nordic high‑yield market. Very strong IT and quantitative skills (e.g. Python, SQL, VBA, data‑visualisation, statistical modelling). Excellent analytical ability and a results‑oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish (written and spoken). Ability to work as part of a high‑performing team in a flat organization but also independently. The ability to travel, mostly in the Nordics.
