Corporate Attorney (Marketing & Trademark Agreement Experience)

The Position A leading consumer brand in the restaurant and franchising industry is seeking a Commercial Corporate Attorney to support its legal team on a broad range of commercial matters. This attorney will independently manage a variety of commercial agreements from intake through execution, including SaaS agreements, supply chain contracts, asset purchase agreements, commercial leases, marketing partnerships, trademark-related agreements, and other corporate commercial matters. The role requires a practical, business-minded attorney who can partner directly with internal stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and help drive business objectives forward while appropriately managing legal risk. The ideal candidate has strong commercial contracting experience, enjoys working cross-functionally with business teams, and is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. This project starts ASAP, is approximately 3 months, is onsite in Dallas, TX, and requires 40 hours/week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $90and $105. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements and other considerations permitted by law.
