Job details: CPA Controller? Join a growing healthcare organization! A bit about us: We're seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function for a well-established healthcare organization with $100M+ in annual revenue. This role owns the full close process, audit management, and financial reporting, while overseeing a sizable accounting team. Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year Why join us? Real ownership, you'll run the close, own the audit relationship, and have a direct hand in shaping how the accounting function operates You'll inherit a full team ready to be led, developed, and set up to succeed Balanced hybrid flexibility Competitive compensation + bonus Job Details Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements Manage the annual financial audit and lead recommendations for procedural improvements Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, treasury, accounts payable, procurement, and payroll Partner with Revenue Cycle Management on revenue recognition and bad debt reporting: healthcare/insurance reimbursement experience is required Lead, mentor, and develop a team Build strong cross-functional relationships with senior leadership, vendors, banking partners, and external auditors Ensure internal controls are properly designed and operating effectively across the department What We're Looking For CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant close and audit ownership Healthcare industry experience required, including exposure to third-party/insurance reimbursement Strong, hands-on leadership style: someone who can develop and elevate a team, not just manage it Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across departments and with senior leadership ERP experience required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
