As a Professional Services Consultant, you are the critical link between our cutting- edge technology and the real-world financial goals of our global clients. You aren't just implementing a platform; you are a digital architect and a trusted advisor. Your mission is to deeply understand a client's unique business environment, prescribe industry best practices, and architect a configuration that transforms their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirementsSolution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goalsTrusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processesImplementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic visionEnablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutionsCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmapWHAT YOU'LL BRING: 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaSConsultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don’t just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomesTechnical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPsCommunication Skills: experience translating "tech-speak" into "CFO-speak," making complex financial concepts accessible and compellingTreasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accountingFinancial Fluency: Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance - comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial riskFor positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
