Job Description
The Service Coordinator handles coordinating service operations for assigned branches, customers, dealers and internal teams. This position serves as a central point of communication between customers, technicians, leadership, sales, and accounting to ensure service requests are entered, scheduled, documented, and billed correctly. This role requires ownership, accountability, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
