Talent Corps is looking for experienced  Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join a high-profile  Commercial Data Center Project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  Paying $65/hr with $175 per day worked. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, consistent hours, and great benefits.

Rentention Bonus Opportunity: $7,500

What You'll Be Doing:

• Install conduit, wiring, and cable trays
• Read blueprints/layouts to determine conduit paths, support locations, and clearances
• Use laser levels or chalk lines to measure and mark accurate layouts
• Install anchors and hangers
• Drill and secure ATRs or use beam clamps depending on structure type
• Mount and secure strut channels or cable trays using bolts or clamps

What You Need:

• Valid Journeyman License (Iowa Journeyman License)
• 7+ years of experience in the electrical field
• OSHA 10 or 30(completed within the last 3 years)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Must have your own tools and PPE
