Outpatient Therapist - Mental Health & Substance Use

Axis Health System

Axis Health System in Durango, CO is seeking a Therapist to design and implement individual care plans within our integrated behavioral health program. The role supports adults or youth, applying evidence-based therapy models.

Candidates should hold at least a bachelor's in a mental health field, with 2 years of experience; Colorado license eligibility/licensed LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PsyD preferred. The position offers full-time hours, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.
