This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a collaborative, high-potential environment and is excited to help shape a practice from the ground up. Practice Overview:

• Newly opened practice with strong community potential
• 4-day workweek
• 8 operatories with room to grow
• Experienced clinical support team: 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants
• No Medicaid – patient base is primarily insurance and cash-pay
• Emphasis on comprehensive general dentistry with implant placement as a plus
• Seeking a dentist interested in being a long-term practice builder and leader
• Daily minimum with transition to 30–32% of adjusted production
• PTO and paid holidays
