Ono, Miami and Dallas, Shanghai, Tokyo and Europe, we offer in each region competitive perks and benefits.Do the most meaningful work of your career by joining us on our mission to transform tomorrows, today.Responsibilities:Serve as Salesforce CRM administrator and related technologies, such Hubspot, Conga CPQ etc. Managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and security settingsWork closely with the Commercial team to understand business requirements and translate them into technologies and system enhancements.Recommend and implement proactively, process improvements based on the industry's best practices and new Salesforce capabilities or related innovation.Provide training and support to end users to improve adoption and effective utilization of Salesforce and related applications.Perform hands-on Salesforce configurations, including fields, page layouts, record types, custom objects, validation rules, and process automation (Flows etc.).Oversee Salesforce data management, including data cleansing, deduplication, and integrity monitoringSupport & implement commercial digital tools and integration with other systemsManage digital projects and developments including scope, timelines and resourcesOversee subcontractors' development workDocument system changes, configurations, and user guides to enhance knowledge sharing and user adoption.Skills and Experience:B.Sc. At Information Systems (or similar)Minimum of 3 years' experience as Salesforce.com administrator/Implementation in a global companySalesforce.com certified AdminStrong understanding of the Sales-Cloud platform and Salesforce Community functionality and best practicesA demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements; specifically Commercial relatedExcellent project management skillsApex knowledge – advantageExperience with Service Cloud – advantageStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.High self-learning capabilitiesService oriented & team playerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood understanding of global-company business-processesExperience with BI tools (Power BI) – advantage
