Staffing Consultant

To support client workforce needs, the full-time Senior Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant will manage a remote team, facilitate the procurement of temporary and contract employees, and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers while utilizing procurement technology tools. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a small team of Staffing Consultants, ensuring compliance with program processes and effective workload alignment Consult with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and implement sourcing strategies while monitoring requisition progress Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, proactively addressing service delivery issues and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or temporary labor management Strong understanding of procurement technology tools, particularly Fieldglass, and experience with MSP KPI and SLA management Proven ability to create and maintain strategic client relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience Experience in invoice resolution within an MSP context
