What You Will DoManaging employee logistics and project staffing plans to optimize resource allocationDevelop and maintain turnaround staffing plans in collaboration with project management and HR teamsCoordinate the recruitment, scheduling, and deployment of direct employees for construction projectsUtilizing data-driven analysis to develop and deploy staffing strategies that maximize ROI and operational efficiencyCoordinating and verifying customer site entry requirements, including safety council orientations, drug screenings, background checks, and site access formsMaintaining compliance by accurately completing all site access documentation and recordsOrganizing and prioritizing workload efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEntering and maintaining accurate training records in the KSPS personnel databaseDrafting clear, professional communications to keep our transient workforce informed about upcoming projectsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to recruit, retain, and develop skilled craftsmenWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in a staffing or coordination role within the industrial industry, including working with a transient workforceExperience with the Microsoft Suite of products, specifically with Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to travel up to 10% of the time to attend job fairs and site visits as neededAbility and willingness to work overtime as neededLegal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the futureWhat Will Put You AheadBilingual Spanish/English communication skillsExperience using the DISA platform, specifically for ordering drug testing and background checks to verify employee site eligibilityExperience utilizing an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program Ability to navigate multiple safety council databases for scheduling and complianceAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
