Business Intelligence Analyst II

Job TitleReporting to the Manager of Personalized Offers, this role will facilitate the on-going execution of Personalized Offer initiatives with the goal of driving deeper relationships with customers by leveraging exclusivity to inspire incremental engagement. This individual will shape the marketing strategy and oversee the day-to-day execution of initiatives for our corporate promotions. They will have a passion for project execution and the process of our ever-growing portfolio of promos. They will be able to lead, test, and implement the calendar of promos set by the strategy of the larger team. Additionally, they will bring personalization initiatives to life to increase active customer engagement, decrease churn, and re-engage inactive customers.Essential Job Accountabilities:Activate business to business (B2B) programs that strengthen lifetime value, enhance the corporate customer’s travel journey, and inspires engagement 30%Collaborate with key stakeholders for B2B promotional partnerships and share out program goals and performance 10%Execution of integrated internal and external marketing plans for essential corporate offers (i.e. announcements, communications, etc.) including cross-functional collaboration 15%Maintain knowledge of portfolio of competitive landscape; packages those insights into conclusions and organizes as a story in a slide deck to present to key leadership 15%Oversee the creative and content execution across key Client-owned and paid channels (i.e. websites, emails display ads, corporate templates, etc.) 10%Maintain and manage offer analysis dashboards and report up on key insights that will help us to forecast and alter our offer portfolio. 10%Actively seeks new opportunities and process improvements to the challenges of promotion/offer execution and suggests future enhancements 10%Education:Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, or similarExperience: 1-2+ years of experience in B2B marketingQualifications / Certifications / Licenses:Visualization tools – Tableau, Spotfire, FoundryKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:Strong executive project management skills.
