Account Managers work with clients and a team of Staffing Service Associates to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for contract and full-time positions. Job Duties The Account Manager is responsible for all steps associated with the sales process and increasing sales and market share in an assigned region. This region could consist of a combination of new accounts as well as established accounts. Prospecting customers is required in both in-person meetings and client calls. The purpose of these calls is to establish client needs, hiring cycles and to build client relationships. Prepare sales collateral and effective proposals for customers. Develop new business and drive gross profit by producing consistent and measurable results. Develop and manage customer relationships through outstanding customer service. Develop a strong pipeline of qualified client leads. Qualify job opportunities from clients. Create strong job descriptions using opportunity and client information. Market qualified candidates to clients. Work with the recruiting team to prepare candidates on what to expect from the interview process. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of successful outside / inside B2B IT-related sales experience Strong customer service ability Ability to adhere to key metrics for success Ability to self-manage and drive one's own success Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills Desire to learn and teach is needed Team oriented Comprehensive Benefits Package: You will receive a competitive base salary and commission with an exceptional benefits package including a 401(k)-company matched retirement savings plan, vacation, personal & holiday pay.
