Overview Compensation: $65,000 - $83,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Buyer to join their team! Join a leading manufacturer specializing in customized heat exchanger solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic procurement team. The role is open due to expansion, and the company is looking for someone with strong MRP experience. This position offers a chance to engage strategically with suppliers and make a significant impact on the company's operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties Negotiate materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors Evaluate vendor quotes and services for optimal suppliers Manage supplier-related activities and commit company resources Develop requests for quotations and proposals Coordinate with engineering and sales for job requirements Expedite deliveries of equipment and supplies Control operating cash flow and utilize contract language Drive and implement change as needed Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Extensive MRP experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Associate\'s degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong business and personal ethics Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with supplier quality and delivery performance Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization Experience in a manufacturing environment PTO (2 weeks) 401k plan Flexible spending account Salary paid bi-weekly If you are interested in learning more about the Buyer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
