Procurement Support Specialist

Our client, a leading manufacturer of oil & gas , is hiring a Procurement Support Specialist in Salt Lake City, UT ! *This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits!* In this role, you will enter and manage purchase requisitions in SAP and Coupa while coordinating closely with site stakeholders and buyers to ensure accuracy and timely processing . You will also request supplier quotes, track incoming needs, and provide procurement support to keep refinery operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Process purchase requisitions you enter and route requisitions in SAP and Coupa with accurate details Coordinate with stakeholders, you communicate with requestors, buyers, and suppliers to keep requests moving Manage supplier quotes you request and track quotes for materials and services while keeping documentation organized Requirements High school diploma HS diploma or GED Computer skills basic Microsoft Office and ability to learn SAP/Coupa Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
