APO Claims AnalystAsbestos, Pollution & Other Latent Liabilities Manchester, NH (Hybrid)We’re looking for an experienced Claims Analyst to manage a diverse portfolio of asbestos, pollution, and other claims involving historical insurance policies. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our insureds, defense counsel and our internal teams, and help drive effective and creative claim resolutions.What You’ll DoManage asbestos, pollution, and/or other claims involving historical insurance policiesReview lawsuit and/or claim notices and interpret policy coverageCoordinate with defense counsel, expert witnesses, and peer insurance carriersEvaluate liability and damagesDrive litigation strategy and settlement negotiationsCollaborate with the Reinsurance team on reporting and recovery effortsSupport due diligence requests and travel as neededMaintain required adjuster licensesWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of claims handling experience, litigation experience, or related backgroundExperience with management and evaluation of litigation and claimsExperience with coverage analysis preferred, but not requiredAbility to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environmentEducation & CredentialsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredPreferred: JD, CPCU, SCLA, or CCLAWhy Join UsWork on high-impact, complex claimsCollaborate with a smart and people-oriented group of legal and claims professionalsCompetitive compensation and growth opportunitiesHealth Reimbursement account that pays you to golf, exercise, and more!
