Construction Manager

job summary: A Construction Manager is needed for an industrial construction project. The Construction Manager will lead the on-site execution team to ensure all project scopes are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to strict quality and contractual standards. Serving as the primary representative to business partners and subcontractors, this role oversees daily field operations and drives a proactive safety culture across the site. Candidates must possess several years of proven experience managing complex, large-scale industrial plant construction as a Construction Manager or Site Manager. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary site teams, coordinating complex field activities, resolving partner conflicts, and applying structured project execution methodologies is required.
