ABR Employment Services is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for an on-site role in the Manitowoc area (St. Nazianz, WI). This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping inventory accurate, and helping shipments move in and out smoothly. Pay: $19$23/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m. (8 hours/day) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

What You'll Do:

• Process outgoing packages using web-based shipping systems
• Print shipping, inventory, and identification labels as needed
• Verify shipments and paperwork; identify discrepancies and help resolve them
• Pick, stage, and load shipments; confirm order status and communicate updates
• Receive deliveries and confirm accuracy (quantity/quality) against paperwork
• Put away materials in proper locations; keep the area clean, safe, and organized
• Support inventory counts as needed
• Handle warranty and return claims
• Communicate proactively with vendors and internal teams
• Operate equipment as needed (stand-up and sit-down forklift, Sky Track, pay loader, skid steer, etc.) while following all safety rules
• Make pick-ups and deliveries to suppliers for parts/raw materials using a company vehicle
• Assist contractors and vendors with deliveries
• Complete special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Professional communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
• Comfortable using a computer and common office software (Microsoft Office)
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Customer-service mindset when working with drivers, customers, and internal partners
• Ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
• Self-motivated, able to learn quickly, and able to multitask efficiently
• Manufacturing and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred (1+ year preferred)
• Ability to read/write/speak English

Physical Requirements:

• Regular lifting and material handling (up to 75 lbs, up to waist level; carry up to ~30 feet)
• Frequent standing, bending/stooping, and repetitive hand motions
• Safety-toe shoes required; additional PPE as needed
