Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a full-time, onsite role based near Fishersville, VA. In this position, you'll provide essential speech and language services across two school sites, working closely with young learners throughout the 26-27 school year.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license for practice in Virginia (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role is preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and rapport-building skills
• Commitment to working onsite at both designated elementary campuses
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to elementary students (K-5)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with school guidelines
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable therapy goals
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports for each student
• Travel between two elementary locations as part of your regular schedule
