Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role strongly preferred
• Confidence working with elementary-aged children in a group and individual setting
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement speech and language intervention plans
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing caseloads of 26-27 students at two separate sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and small group formats
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student development and success
• Create engaging, age-appropriate materials and activities to facilitate communication skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
