Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a real difference supporting elementary students across two vibrant school sites as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, onsite role involves providing comprehensive speech-language services to young learners, collaborating closely with support staff and teachers in an engaging educational setting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Prior experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Confidence adapting therapy plans to various elementary age groups and needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary-age students across two campus sites
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and compliance requirements
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and specialists to support student growth and carryover of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, faculty collaborations, and school initiatives to enhance services
• Stay current with best practices and professional development opportunities related to school-based speech therapy
