Role Description
As an Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member, you play a vital role in daily operations and help customers achieve success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You proactively market relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
